The Sauna Ceremony

Dive into the alchemy of löyly with the Saunakonkeli Sauna Ceremony. The ceremony includes three rounds in the sauna. We begin with a silent meditation to step into the sacred, continue by inviting the Spirit of Sauna to help and support us and finally end with a deep relaxation by welcoming the forest to join us into the sauna.

During the ceremony we will use old Finnish sauna spells and songs, traditional whisks from different tree branches and meditative sauna bells to set the perfect tone for deep relaxation. This is the perfect way to get to know the Finnish sauna culture in its deepest form.

The sauna ceremony can be arranged in our Saunatemppeli sauna or a sauna by your suggestion.
